  • Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site management.

  • Quantity take off for all civil elements (manually/auto-Cad) based on pricing preambles

And compiling the tender BOQ with description.

  • Analysis of rates for labor, material & plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up

Costing, prizing and analysis of direct & indirect cost of BOQ Items.

  • Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual., Follow up QA Procedures

Implementation, Identify non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.

Performs QA/QC Checks audits and reviews.

  • Able to read and understand engineering and architectural drawing and execute construction plan at site also analyzing survey, mapping &material testing.
  • Capable of BOQ preparation, material procurement, proficient in Auto cad , QA/QC, Quantity survey, Estimation, site management, scheduling and negotiation skills.
  • Plan, organize and schedule the project and prepare progress report.
  • Daily supervision and monitoring of the project and report to project manager also Prepare weekly and the monthly targets per schedule.
  • Preparing record, technical reports, site diary, time lines, reviewing drawing, material approval, bar bending schedule and procurement management.
  • Preparing paper works to submit to consult and municipality at different stages of works.
  • Manage the project in coordination with the project manager, consultant, client and sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
  • Check and review the plans, specifications, line and levels for the proper construction and Quality implementation at job site.
  • Making sure the project complies with legal requirements and health and safety requirements.
  • Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
  • Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
