  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties.
  • Provide administrative support related to employees & laborers (1000 - 1200) issues to the Operations Manager, VP and Project managers.
  • Maintaining & update the record of all the employees - new hires, Resignation, termination, department Changes, Grade changes etc.; of all Business Units in HRMS tool.
  • Computed, documented and distributed Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, PO Extensions, Work Releases and other similar project-related agreements.
  • Provided high-level administrative support and managed organizational policies & procedures.
  • Carryout administrative duties preserve records, files, correspondence & keep confidentiality.
  • Actively Participated in client meetings, conference calls and Budget planning.
  • Handled payroll process.
  • Managed Time sheets & Invoices of manpower supply companies.
  • Coordinating & Implementing the Performance Appraisal System, Incentive & Bonus.
  • Assist the Management & Stakeholders with HR analytical data and reports.
  • Assisted project team with organizing and consolidating project files, data and analyzed reports.
  • Draft reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis based on the given conditions to the clients, Operations, Project Managers and leadership team with corporate standards.
  • Prepare meeting reports and distribute it to clients and staff.
  • Keep a track on the project status and update the same.
  • Control Absenteeism & Attrition.
  • Handling all statutory related queries and settlement formalities for resigned employees.
  • Handling Employees Grievance.

·       Assisted technical issues related to the HRIS system.

  • Involved in HR system implementation planning & act as a key member in the HR System projects.
  • Good exposure in MS Excel functions like cleansing data using shortcut keys, Vlookup /Hlookup, formulas, Pivot tables, dashboards etc.;
