  • Responsible for executing best in class recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and recruiting of active and passive candidates for corporate positions of our client.

 

  • Experienced in complete recruitment lifecycle from prioritizing open positions, sourcing new/existing candidates, matching profile to technical needs, screening for communication skills, co-ordinate technical interviews, make job offers, countering competitive offers, ensuring acceptance, leading candidate through paperwork, maintaining communication at all points from initial contact to start date.

 

  • Created and maintained web job postings.

 

  • Prepare candidates for telephonic and in person interviews. Follow up with Account Manager/ Project Manager and candidates with feedback of rejection or offer and supply information for offer letter.

 

  • Coordinated reference and background checks on applicants as needed.

 

  • Worked on contract, contract-to-hire and fulltime employment positions.

 

  • Developed a pool of qualified candidates using the Internet, employee referrals, and candidate referrals as sources.

 

  • Managed all candidate communication, including scheduling interviews, interview preparation, payroll issues, performance evaluations, and terminations.

 

  • Maintain solid links with consultants and clients to pipeline potential candidates and requirements.

 

  • Maintained reports for background reference checks for selected candidates.

 

  • Prepared and updated various recruitment reports like-recruitment tracker, cumulative status report, resource projection sheet, monthly expense sheet and referral tracker.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong communications and business relationships with clients and candidates.

 

  • Trained junior recruiters and helped them understanding the requirement apply the search strings and getting the correct matches.

 

  • Maintained relationships as point of contact with field partners and hiring managers.
