  • Allotting the requirements to the recruitment team and providing guidelines of going ahead with the requirements in TOT.

 

  • Based on the client's requirement, screening the candidate's profile & short-listing.

 

  • Going through the requirement in detail and collecting Market intelligence.

 

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify and select qualified candidates including job portals and direct referrals.

 

  • Handling the Niche and High level requirements as Individual Contributor which involves sourcing screening, technical evaluation of the consultants, scheduling interviews through Skype, webcam, conference call and follow up with the Client for feedback of shortlisted candidates and take further proceedings till the joining of the candidates.

 

  • Handling High Volume, High End Critical requirements, Internal / Outsourced / Project / Attrition / Professional Service Based, Direct / Contract / Contract to Hire, Ad hoc & Just-In Time requirements.

 

  • Monitor the team’s day to day recruitment performance, reports etc and conducting meetings for the team performance reviews on weekly basis.

 

  • Motivating the team to reach their targets and training them in efficient sourcing and screening and other levels of recruitment.

 

  • Follow up the short listed candidates.

 

  • Scheduling & coordinating with the candidates for interviews.

 

  • Ensuring that the candidates join on time by keeping contact with them.

 

  • MIS and Reporting (Maintain Candidate’s Interview, offer and Joining tracker)

 

  • Involved in end-to-end recruitment process.

 

  • Scheduling the interview with the technical Panels and once the candidate is interviewed, follow-up with them for further processes.

 

  • Sourcing profiles through Jobsites / Advertisement / Reference as per Job Profile

 

  • Screening and short listing resumes as per the requirement.

 

  • Scheduling Interview for the Candidates with the HR

 

  • Identifying the right candidate to suit the requirement.

 

  • Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview
