Strategic Partnership:

 

  • Worked as One Point Support & Contact Person for all employees for their needs, queries & grievances.
  • Responsible for providing strategic advice and consultative guidance to the business on all talent matters that contribute to business strategy and objectives.
  • Assist & managed in the implementation of HR strategies for attracting, developing, motivating and retaining deserving employees as set by the Director of Group Human Capital.
  • Act as a HR consultant / advisor to the head of assigned division & departments monitors & evaluates the effectiveness of the published policies and procedures and conduct periodic internal checks for compliance.

  • Handling staffing and recruiting activities of assigned departments / division, this comprises coordinating both internal and external advertising of open positions, searching relevant CVs from various job portals & conducting screening interviews, sharing CVs with department heads, arranging varieties of candidates for interviews, coaching heads on selection processes, conducting psychological and aptitude tests to recruit the best talent for the bank. 
  • Developed/ maintained productive business relationship with sourcing channels and ensured effective and cost-efficient talent acquisition and retention at all levels.
  • Established & monitored the communications channels/ mode to for all employees regarding any changes in company’s policies’ & processes. 
  • Coaching employees on performance management system and process protocol.
  • Facilitated the implementation of global, regional and local HR Programs including the annual / mid-year performance reviews, the annual salary reviews, the incentive plan distribution and payment, the employee opinion surveys, etc. 
  • Assist in deployment of Group level Talent Management and Succession Planning process by playing a key role of active facilitator.
  • Along with Total Reward team, provide advice to the business on compensation & benefit programs, flexible working, health and well-being programs that will have an impact on employee engagement, retention and performance and building a high performance culture.
  • Regular performance reviews and identification on areas of improvement collecting reports on balance score cards to prepare PMS.
  • Engaged with the business in order to ensure service quality levels are of a high standard from the talent team and shared services.
  • Respond to complex and urgent employee queries pertaining to the business at a cluster level
  • Worked as a change champion and lead any change management activity for the business (relating to restructuring, acquisitions etc.)
  • Designed and developed for orienting new hires including creation and revision of employee handbooks and conducted awareness workshops on organizational culture, mission, & Bank vision and values.

  • Driving full performance management process through implementation of a Performance Management System which includes data collection and sources, benchmarks and performance targets.
  • Steer Performance management activities including Goal setting, self-assessment, PIP- Performance improvement plan, year-end appraisal, ratings and compensation.
  • Monitored performance of multi-skilled workforce and develop an appropriate reward and recognition system that appreciates the efforts of the workforce encouraging them to perform better.
  • Ensuring on time systematic arrangement of Learning & Development programs & employee communications on dates etc.
  • Oversees all activities of payrolls and ensured all transactions are processed in compliance with global and regional HR policies with zero errors.
