  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Managers.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, mails, and forms.
  • Creating Flyers of properties for marketing, and Making Invoices, Letters, etc..
  • Making Letters and Applications to Govt. departments and its follow-ups.
  • Maintain employee records (Soft & Hard Copies), Update HR databases.
  • Update company website daily and maintain its faults.
  • Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody             without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Digital Marketing through social media like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus etc..
  • Making Contract for Clients and Translation with Google Support.
  • Making Presentations for company marketing.
  • Performs related work as required.
