                        · Finalization of accounts withschedules.

                         Preparation of financial statement & supporting documents (Balance Sheet, profit &loss account, Income Statement and Cash Flow)

                         Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.

                         Preparation of financial budget.

                         Develop and maintain financial data bases.

                         Preparation of monthly closing reports.

                         Payroll calculation and disbursement.

                         Control of Inventory

                         Preparation of MIS and Costing Report.

                         Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.

                         Provides assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.

                         Manage the Supplier selection process based on price, quality and time.

                         Collation and distribution of minutes , reports and other documents

                         Maintaining Employee details in ERPSystem.

                         Preparing Contracts for suppliers asadvised.

                         Supervising matters relating to marketing and publicity of the Company.

                         Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, alarms, opening, insurance andtransport.

                         Arrange hospitality, purchase supplies to ensure the smooth running of the organization on a day to day and as required basis.

                         Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinates and attends committee meetings, and participates in committee discussions, asappropriate.
