  • Preparing payroll over 500 employees.
  • Prepare final settlement for resigned or terminated employees.
  • Recruit new employees as per requirement from various departments and responsible for their mobilization.
  • Issuance of cash advance to all new recruits for their initial adjustment to the company and country.
  • Actively involved in escalating the process of performance appraisals to various managers to analyse the employee’s performance and capabilities.
  • Supporting HR personnel for implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Provide response to general HR enquiries verbal or written.
  • Meeting and approaching the heads with requirements on improving the flow of work as per daily schedule.
  • Prepare documents for visa & coordinate with the PRO & keeping a keen track on employee’s expiry & renewal of visas, labour cards, National Id, Insurance etc.
  • Prepare payments when employees due for vacation & coordinate with finance dept. for the payments.
  • Taking care of employee transfer from one site/department to another.
  • Resolving employee grievances on various sites all over Abu Dhabi which includes projects of Saadiyat &Yas Island consisting of more than employees.
  • Coordinating with the Finance to resolve the payment issues of the employees.
