  • Implementing highly scalable analytics tools and systems that drive key success metrics, reporting, and on boarding.
  • Implementing and maintaining all recruiting tools and services that will help the recruiting team remain efficient as we experience explosive growth.
  • Creating the processes and procedures for our Recruiting team and our Hiring Managers, to help drive the candidate Experience
  • Prepare and build reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Create custom reports for various business lines
  • Interpret data to drive strategies and decisions around best practices and standards
  • Educate the talent acquisition team about internal tools and dashboards, enabling them to use them effectively to drive their own performance and strategy
  • Create, maintain and deliver dashboards along with recruiting and on/off-boarding reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly recruiting metrics to support leadership in making strategic operational decisions
  • Define goals and metrics by partnering with VP of People to develop actionable plans and enhance team performance
  • Strong project management skills and passion for working on various projects related to recruiting, recruitment marketing, campus hiring, etc.
