-Identifying and sourcing profiles by mapping the market, head hunting, job portals                                                          and effective networking

-Developing and maintaining the candidates’ database based on previous requirement.

-Screening and short-listing of resumes based on client requirement

-Liaise with candidates and clients to schedule and conduct interviews

-Coordinate and arrange for interview of short listed candidates

-Issuing of appointment letters

-Handling grievances and employee engagement.
