Support merchants in the use of the e-commerce platform 
Support internal Finance/Risk teams on merchant related queries
Set up and maintain merchant accounts on system
Troubleshoot issues and follow through with internal and external teams to ensure resolution
Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback in support tracking software to enhance identifying and reporting trends leading to recurring technical problems. 
Monitor system’s uptime
Setup of payment of gateway services and other related configurations.
Work on change requirements based on new business needs.
Training of end-users internally

Design and develop manual test cases/ scripts through requirements analysis and in accordance with the client and project needs and methodology standards.
Update and maintain test cases / scripts
Execute test cases/scripts as per plan, record test results 
Conduct regression testing and retest failure scenarios 
Log defects appropriately so that corrective actions may be taken 
Resolve deficiencies/defects of application that arise from testing process
Integration, functional and non-functional testing 
Development and execution of acceptance tests
