·         Manage and oversee overall cleaning & hospitality Department

·         Run/Supervise the day-to-day operations of Cleaning Services, including overseeing personnel, ensuring that the facilities/job site are properly maintained, taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Monitor service quality, efficiency and safety. Create quality control.

·         Ensure Staff are dressed and hygiene is up to hospitality standards.
Overseeing the upkeep of administrative and financial records.

·         Supervise and ensure cleaning materials, methods, processes and equipment are state of the art with economic abilities.

·         Ensure HS&E policies are in place and adhered to at all times.  Ensure all SOP's are implemented, enforced, and kept up to date.
Identify training needs and perform on the job training with staff and labor

·         Oversee the timekeeping process and ensure that all information is accurate.

  • Checking Quality of Imported and Outgoing Fruits and Vegetables.
  • Analyzing Quality and Shelf life of Stored Fruits and Vegetables.
  • Hygiene of workers, Plant, Vehicles and Cold storage.
  • Quality Assurance and Corrective Actions Implementations.
  • Analyzing Temperature and Humidity Level of Cold Storage.
  • Making Awareness among Workers about Hygiene and Food Safety Standards.
  • PowerPoint Presentation Awareness class about Hygiene and Safety Standards, for Workers.
  • Keeping Records.
