HR POLICY:

- Developing HR policies in co-ordination with management and ensuring the implementation of the same.

RECRUITMENT:

- Identifying the Manpower Requirement by analysing the gap in line with manpower requisition form. Formulating a strategy in consultation with management for recruitment.

- Preparing JD in consultation with Hiring Manager and person specification, Advertising the vacancy (Through Job portals & Consultants) , Managing the response, Short listing, Arranging interviews, conducting Interviews and Decision making.

-Negotiating the salary, Releasing Job offer & contract of Employment

- Conducting Induction/Orientation Programe for new joinees.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

-Identification of Training Needs for the employees during the appraisals and quaterly feedback.

-preparation of Training Calendar and Organizing Training Programs and taking Feedback.

-Identifying the effectiveness of training and maintaining competance record

-Yearly & Quarterly Performance Appraisal Process.

PAYROLL :

-Payroll management along with maintaining all statutory requirements related to employees and company

MIS:

-Generating different types of Monthly MIS report like Attendance report, Leave Status report & Payroll Structure of every Month.

-Maintaining Personal Files and Verification of selected Employee.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

-Handling general administration, Organizing recreational and other motivational activities for employees.

- Handling grievances interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
