  • Conduct outbound calls for soft collections and return-to-sender policies
  • Consolidate and distribute leads for outbound calls on soft collections and return-to-sender policies
  • Manually consolidate daily OB report for EOD and MTD reports for the above-mentioned outbound calls using MS Excel

 

Unioil – June 2010- August 2012:

  • Responsibilities included telemarketing, order-taking, tracking deliveries and collection from the customers either thru phone calls, SMS or e-fax using SAP/sales force
  • Followed-up every transaction made for every order taken until they were delivered to the customers
  • Provided information about overdue accounts, amount to be paid for a certain order and followed up on past-due accounts.
  • Encoded data/purchase order conversion using SAP system and sales force
