  • Coordinate all the Administrative support to the Field Technical Teams and related Office operations directly and or through subordinates. 
  • Recruitment, Selection, Placement & induction to new staffs.
  • Participates in performance management framework.       
  • Preparing Weekly Progressive Report.  
  • Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly fuel consumption/reconciliation/vehicle maintenance expenses reports.
  • Acts as a key focal point for transportation.  
  • Responsible for Staff Rules, regulations & procedures.  
  • Attending meetings on behalf of top management in district level.   
  • Supervises the office caretaker & security guards. 
  • Prepare/Monitoring the absenteeism report, leave records, OT & no pay.   
  • Operates the petty cash imprest system.
  • Responsible for lease/service contract/maintenance & security agreements.
  • Ensures timely payment of all utility expenses & service providers.
  • Maintenance of the Master list of overall assets.
