Wanted: Team Lead for a Call Center

Preferably Arab nationality

Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English     language

Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Sales or Customer Service background is an advantage

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule and during declared holidays

Has the ability to multi-task and perform duties with high accuracy and strong degree of urgency with minimal supervision

Strong analytical skills and process orientation
