• Nationality from Philippines, Working closely with the Chairperson • Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries • Organizing the Chairperson’s diary and making appointments • Dealing with letters and emails, reading and responding • Drafting official letters and memos • Preparing PowerPoint Presentations for the required events • Preparing Quotations & Invoices • Preparing documents in soft and hard copies • Preparing and analyzing the periodic Financial reports • Arranging meetings • Manage Petty Cash with Invoices attached • Organizing and storing paper works, filing documents and computer-based information • Corresponding and coordinating with clients, local and abroad • Recording contacts and keeping business cards • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. • Making all sort of travel arrangements and hotel bookings • Greeting and looking after the visitors • Supervising all administrative work in the chairperson’s office • Standing in for the Chairperson in his absence • Dealing and recording statements of chairperson’s personal and company bank accounts and credit cards • Taking up confidential duties of chairperson’s family and assisting them with required support • Reading and explaining letters and other document
