  • Responsible for the execution of secretarial duties and management of Manager/ Director’s office
  • Organize and check the schedule of the Manager/ Director, provide him with necessary documents when he is embarking on a journey and remind him of the important deadlines and meetings
  • Convene meetings to discuss upcoming engagements, events, etc with the relevant parties
  • Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare important documents, reports, charts, presentations, records and databases as per instructions in the specified formats
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and external parties
  • Manage systematic records of files and documents for future reference
  • Make travel arrangements for local and overseas trip
  • Convey information to relevant staff and follow up for responses as per procedures

Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
